Visas International is a Private Service

Friday, June 24th, 2011

A visa is formal permission from a country to allow a foreign national into its borders for a specific purpose. Visas International specializes in Tourist and Business visas, but visas are also granted for students, missionary work, extended stays, and for diplomatic purposes. Visas are generally granted with date parameters, to regulate and monitor foreign travel into the country.

Visas International is a private service company that manages the documents of individuals through the Visa and Passport application process. Visas and Passport applications usually can only be completed in person, often in places that are crowded with long lines, and can easily be rejected if you make a technical error. Visas International can get your Visas and Passports for you. We can also make sure that things are done right the first time. We carefully review all of your documentation before delivering it to the foreign consulate to minimize the risk that your application will be rejected. Lastly, for decades Visas International has worked hard to develop good relationships with the foreign consulates, which can help when services need to be expedited. We are here for you.

Support documentation is, generally, documentation that has been officially approved by the foreign government and is used to confirm your itinerary in a foreign country. Support can be provided by your hotel, your business associates, or even tour managers. Visas International can also help provide your support if necessary. Visas International have been successfully serving the travel document needs of tourists and business travelers for more than 40 years. Visas International is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau and our service is guaranteed!

Our mission is to provide 100% customer satisfaction with our accurate, on-time service. We are available to assist you during all of your travel planning and can be easily reached by phone, by live chat, or through email if you have any questions throughout our on-line process.

Applying For a New Passport

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

One of the requirements when applying for a new passport is that an authorized agent witnesses the signing of your application. This is done at a passport application acceptance facility. There are two passport fees if you choose regular processing. The application fee is paid to the U.S. Department of State and is sent with your application and other required documents. The execution fee is paid to the authorized passport application acceptance agent at the post office.

An additional fee must be paid to the State Department if you request expedited services. Expediting your passport can diminish the processing time. Instead of 3 to 4 weeks, you can get your travel document in 2 to 3 weeks. It can take longer when there is a significant increase in application submissions.

Since no postal office actually processes passport applications, it is not the place to request emergency passport expediting in less than two weeks. This must be done either directly through a regional passport agency or a private expediting service.

Regional agencies are located in major cities throughout the United States such as Boston, Dallas and Los Angeles. Unlike submitting a passport application at a post office where you can just show up anytime during commercial hours, it is necessary to make an appointment at the regional passport agency. This is done by calling the automated appointment number: 1-877-487-2778.

If you need your passport in less than two weeks but are unable to visit a regional agency, you can apply through a professional passport expediting service. You still have to visit the post office to get your passport application adjudicated. However, instead of mailing it to the State Department, you send it to the expediter.
